Your Journey to Farmhouse Rwanda
International flights arrive at Rwanda’s capital city, Kigali.
From Kigali, guests can enjoy a scenic road transfer to Farmhouse Rwanda, located just a few hours away in the peaceful northern countryside.
The drive typically takes 2.5 to 3 hours, offering views of Rwanda’s iconic rolling hills, rural villages, and farmlands along the way.
There is only one major public rest stop en route, so planning ahead is recommended.

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY
PAYMENT POLICY
- All bookings made with Farmhouse will be regarded as confirmed unless otherwise requested at the time of booking.
- Any discrepancies on the confirmation or invoice must be addressed with reservation within 7 days from the issue.
- Provisional bookings are subject to availability.
- Should we have limited avaiability, only confirmed bookings will be considered.
- At least a 50% Deposit of total room charges is required at time of booking.
- Full and final Payment is required no later than 14 days before arrival.
- Bank Charges incurred in transferring funds are the responsibility of the client.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations, early departure and no-show fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the client.
- Ensure to receive an acknowledment of cancellations from reservations.
- Up to 14 days prior to arrival: cancellation will be subject to penalty charge of 50% of total room charges.
- 14 - 0 days prior to arrival: cancellation will be subject to penalty charge of 100% of total room charges.
