Payment Policy

  • All bookings made with Farmhouse will be regarded as confirmed unless otherwise requested at the time of booking.
  • Any discrepancies on the confirmation or invoice must be addressed with reservation within 7 days from the issue.
  • Provisional bookings are subject to availability.
  • Should we have limited avaiability, only confirmed bookings will be considered.
  • At least a 50% deposit of total room charges is required at time of booking.
  • Full and final payment is required no later than 14 days before arrival.
  • Bank charges incurred in transferring funds are the responsibility of the client.
  • Check-in time is between 2pm and 6pm and check-out is no later than 11am.
  • Included are all meals while checked-in as well as soft drinks, house wines and local beers.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations, early departure and no-show fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the client.
  • Ensure to receive an acknowledgement of cancellations from reservations.
  • Up to 14 days prior to arrival: cancellation will be subject to penalty charge of 50% of total room charges.
  • 14 – 0 days prior to arrival: cancellation will be subject to penalty charge of 100% of total room charges.
